As it happens, Matthew was one of two realtors who lived in my condo building. I had known well before I put my condo on the market that I would choose Matthew. Matthew has always been a very friendly, upbeat person and my gut instinct that he was the ultimate professional, proved to be true. I know that Matthew uses his full name on his website and on his promotional material, but to me he is a Matt because he is a very down to earth person. Matt is also very self-confident. Matt nonetheless was open to any feedback that I offered him.
Matt went above and beyond the call of duty. It was only after my condo was sold, when I was arranging to have some of my belongings picked up to be donated to charity, that I found out that Matt had paid out of his own pocket to have my initial donated property delivered to a charity. As this was my only experience selling a property, it was a rather daunting and stressful experience. As well the market was rather soft. Without Matt’s upbeat personality and constant hand holding, I don’t think I would have made it to the end of the road. Matt was always there to answer my emails/phone calls. Although Matt always made it clear that all decisions were mine, without his expertise and strong communication skills, I would have been lost. And then there’s his personal touch. When I became very sick with a cold, Matt personally dropped by with deli chicken noodle soup.
It was my choice to move out of my condo seven weeks prior to rather long closing date. It was Matt who personally dropped by my apartment to ensure that all was well and so as to not void my insurance policy.
I would happily recommend Matt’s services and Keller Williams to anyone looking to buy/sell/rent their home or apartment.

I spent a sleepless night mulling over the enormity of what happened last night. It was amazing to watch you in action and knowing you had my best interests at heart and would broker the best deal for me. You exceeded my greatest expectations and made a dream come true which was 15 years in the making.
Michelle's staging certainly made the place look unique and people would be attracted to the décor rather than the flaws. The virtual tour, the brochures, the listing were amazing and I encouraged all my friends and family to go online to witness the magic.
